Perfomances
With the performance program in the Neue Nachrichtenmeisterei on Friday and Saturday, we are once again opening our ears to the spectrum between sound art and musical genres, from electroacoustic meditations to ecstatic DJ sets. Our hearts once again beat for the experimental and marginal listening experiences conjured up for us by regional and local artists.

Installations
The installation section of the Range Sound Festival opens up access to sound art that moves away from the usual forms. In addition to interactive works and site-specific interventions, visitors can also experience very personal sound installations that focus on everyday noises, memories and physicality.
Some works let water drip, flow, or echo, while others weave sound with images and objects to create unique atmospheres. This results in fragile spaces of memory that repeat in a loop, as well as poetic explorations of material, time, and movement. The installations unfold their full effect in the winding, acoustically unique rooms, inviting visitors to engage in unfamiliar listening experiences.
With works by Anita Berger, Joshua Weitzel und Samuel Nerl, Eeva Ojanperä, Kollektiv eigenklang, Maerie C. Fricke, Svea Marzok, Lea-Maraike Sambale, Elkin Kutluer, Erik Soto Rodriguez, Muyan Lyu, Moa Florell und Jonas Eschner
Locations: WH22, WASCHRAUM, Schillerstr. 40
